Angela here and I wish you all a Happy New Year and hope you'll have a fantastic time with your loved ones.
Today I show you my first card in 2023 and for this card I use the Warm Greeting stamp set, but it's not a Christmas card. For this card I remind me at my childhood, when my Mum has been reading my favorite fairy tales. I really love this time so much.♥
I start my card with cutting out a stitched rectangle and use the Knitted sweater stencil and inked the background with Distress Oxide Kitsch Flamingo. Then I cut out another stitched rectangle with a circle in the middle and glue it on the dry background.
Then I glue it on a color matching Cardstock and then all on my white card base. I stamp the sentiment directly on the front of the card.
I stamp the images from the Warm Greetings set on a Copic friendly paper and use my Copic Marker for coloring. Then I fussy cut them out with my scissors and glue them with liquid glue and Foam Tape in the circle. I also cut out a speech bubble and some tiny hearts and glue them on the card.
